The magneto flywheel rotor is a critical component of the scooters charging and ignition system. This precision-machined steel rotor mounts directly to the engine crankshaft and rotates around the magneto stator to generate electrical power while the engine is running.

As the flywheel spins, its internal permanent magnets pass over the stator windings, creating an alternating current that powers the scooters electrical system and charges the battery. The rotor also contributes rotational mass to the crankshaft, helping smooth engine operation and maintain stable idle characteristics.

This flywheel rotor measures approximately 122mm in diameter with an overall height of 50 mm and is designed specifically for the Wolf V300i 300cc fuel-injected engine platform. It installs on the crankshaft taper inside the magneto housing and must be properly aligned and torqued during installation.

This component works in conjunction with the 18-pole magneto stator (sold separately). Because the V300i uses a larger displacement fuel-injected engine platform, this flywheel rotor is not interchangeable with common GY6 flywheels.
