NARAKU 63mm GY6 CYLINDER BIG BORE BLAST KIT. RP-NK600.02 An outstanding 180cc big bore cylinder kit from Naraku for GY6 based 125/150cc engines. The bore is 63mm, so the crankcase must be modified at the cylinder inlet. This Naraku tuning .cylinder kit fits on many air-cooled 4-stroke 125-150cc Kymco, REX and Keeway scooter engines and most Chinese import 125/150cc vehicles (scooters, quads and buggies).


To retrieve the full power output of the cylinder, an available cylinder head with larger valves should be installed. When this cylinder does not satisfy your power needs you can also gain more power by installing a Naraku sport camshafts with modified valve timing. ATTENTION: Cylinder head not included.


This is NO Plug & Play installation. It is essential that your work is clean and accurate because your work must go to the very edges. Note: Please measure your crankcase opening before ordering to make sure there is enough space available to modify to fit the cylinder foot in the crankcase. In some models. The crank opening must be modified in order to create enough space for mounting these big-bore cylinders. The outer diameter of the cylinder liner (which extends into the crankcase) is 65mm. 180cc Big Bore Kit for GY6 based engines 125/150cc. The bore is 63mm, so the crankcase must be processed at the cylinder housing, clean work, and here is accuracy in demand because it goes to the very edges.
